We went to a Pumpkin Patch/Apple Orchard in Champaign last weekend with mom, dad, Joey & Anna. Unfortunately, we went on a Sunday, which means that Michael missed some of the Bears' game; this did not make him very happy. But, all was well in the end because the Bears ended up winning! GO BEARS! It was a beautiful day for pumpkin picking, and I think that both boys had a great time. Patrick rode a pony and picked out the "best pumpkin in the patch". Jonah just had a good time roaming around aimlessly. :-)
My volleyball season is over. It was a lot of fun, but extremely time consuming. I'm not sure that I'll be up to coach again next year; it was a lot to ask from Michael and my parents to help out so often, almost every day. We ended up winning the end-of-the-season tournament's B division. This means that we were the best of the worst. My girls were so excited; some even shed some tears.
Michael has been working hard to set up a home gym in the basement. We both quit our gym because of the cost, and we're hoping that we can stay motivated to exercise at home - that is an idea that has proven to be harder than it should be. Now that I'm done with volleyball, we need to help motivate each other!
Well, I'm going to attempt to post some pictures.
Love to everyone! Keri
Ready to hunt for the perfect pumpkin...
